Universal Printing - Not Licensed

I am running a 2 server configuration, 1 server running 2X Application server and 1 Terminal server the 5 user free version but are having trouble getting the Universal Printing Enabled on the Application Server screen.

I am not to sure if this is a licensing issue or a configuration issue.

I have installed the 2X Terminal Server Agent on the Term Server but when I go to the application server and into the universal printing area the enable & disable buttons for my term server are both greyed out with the state as 'Not Licensed'

If it is a licensing issue could someone please tell me what I need to purchase to enable the universal printing.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

But it has never work even during the demo period, I wasn't able to enable the Universal Printing options of the Application Server.

I also assumed that the free 5 user included the printing ability.

Hi there,

When installing AS on a new machine you have a 30 day demo period.
In this period one can load balance 2 Terminal servers and use unlimited published applications and universal printing is enabled...

What I can suggest is to reinstall the Application server on another machine....
