Universal printing problem

Hi Guys

Since we recently updated our app servers (Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition (x64) Service Pack 1) to Parallels Remote Application sever v16.2.0 (build 19043), we have a number of users having printing issues.

When they try to print, the universal print spooler on the servers seem to work fine but the user gets a dialog box saying "Print job failed. Error ox000000005" and nothing prints. They are using latest version of Windows client

Any ideas what this means? Web search has not turned up anything. Getting embarrassing.
