We have installed the 2x application on a Windows 2008 x64 server. We are able to print locally on the client for published applications like outlook, word excel etc. and also able to convert into pdf on the local machine. However in the case of the published oracle application there is no scope to get local printers list. the application can only list defined printers but not the local printers. The options available for a report are "screen" "file" and "printers" The printers option will list only defined printers and not local printers. Screen option will give me the report on screen. When WE SELECT PRINT FROM HERE WE CAN GET THE list of LOCAL PRINTERS BUT THE PRINT does not work . It does not even get the pdf . The job can be seen queued at the 2x server under the 2x universal printer but it does not go ahead. Kindly provide me a solution wherein we can print on the local printer. How can we redirect prints to local printer if we cannot get the option of listing the local printers.
