"Unknown config line" when launching 3036

I have a situation where Parallels (3036) bounces and never launches, throwing endless "Unknown Config Line:" errors to the console. I've completely uninstalled, including moving the existing VM's and removing the dotfiles in my home directory.

I'd like to help with a bug report but feel like I can collect more information to be useful. What would you like to see? I have some fs_usage captures as well.

The plot thickens...

I created a new user on the system, and started up Parallels. It launched just fine, after entering my key.
