I enabled the "Pause windows when no applications are running" on my Win7 VM as well. This is a great feature that will indeed make things run a bit smoother. My concern is that whenever I click on the start menu on my dock (I run in coherence with Crystal disabled) I get a prompt that reads "Do you want to resume the virtual machine?" -- I would prefer it if I could have the VM unpause automatically whenever I need it. Is there any way to disable this prompt from appearing?
