unrecognized graphic card

Hi,
Parallels Desktop for mac/windows10 (version 14 and 15) doesn't recognize the real graphic card of my Imac (Radeon Pro 570)
Windows marks : "Parallels display / Adapter (WDDM)"

No good : Photoshop CS6 doesn't detect one GPU, so many features can't be used !

Hi, could you please provide us with the screenshot of the error message and also collect the tech report right after the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here.
