    It is deeply concerning that a company of your size uses deceptive dark patterns to trap customers into unwanted payments. There is no straightforward way to cancel an auto-renewal, and worse, your system deliberately blocks users from deleting their saved credit card details.
    My subscription was automatically renewed two days ago and charged to my card without my consent. I do not need this product anymore. Despite your official policy stating renewals are not eligible for a refund via standard channels, I am requesting an immediate manual refund override for this unauthorized charge.
    Your customer service infrastructure feels deliberately designed to stonewall users behind an unhelpful automated chatbot. It takes one click to buy your product, but you force customers to waste hours digging through forums or filing credit card chargebacks just to get a refund for something they never wanted to renew.
    Please process this refund immediately and cancel all active subscriptions attached to this account. I hope your management takes this feedback seriously and changes these deliberately hidden, unhelpful practices.
