"Update download very slow and interrupted several times"

The current update is downloaded with me almost 2-3 hours, with several interruptions.
At my internet connection it can not lie.
Is there a better way (for future updates) downloading this?

Are you referring to Parallels Desktop or Windows update?
If it is about Parallels Desktop update, here is the download link for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac (11.2.1)
