Update MAC OS version

Hi folks,

When I did the update my MAC OS fo version 10.9, my Parallels 5 was inoperable. And now how do I recover my data that was on Windows 7 installed on it?

Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac and earlier versions will not run on OS X Mavericks (10.9) : http://kb.parallels.com/117394

Since you are using an older version of Parallels Desktop, you need to purchase the full verison of Parallels Desktop 9 from :

http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/

After installing the full verison of Parallels Desktop 9 on your Mac, you will be able to run the same Virtual Machine that you were using with your Parallesl Desktop 5 for Mac.
