Update Parallels + Windows activating

Hello,

1 hour ago, i had only one Problem: when i run Windows 7 natively, it wants again an product activation because of heavy changed hardware and that wasn't the first time.

So i want to make an update of parallels and reinstall the parallels tools. There it is the next problem: I didn't registered the product yet to get the updates directly.
But in the update notes was a link, which i get to the parallels website. There you get 2 options: First the internal update in program and second to download it from webpage (http://kb.parallels.com/en/113049).

So i try the second option. clicked on the link, where i get this page http://www.parallels.com/download/desktop/
Nice but where i can find the update? I found nothing

lets try the other option... registering

in brief it doesn't work too. Parallels says i have an invalid key. By the way, i got the key directly form parallels...

So i wanted to contact the support, but without an registration + valid key you don't get a support key to get support... Very nice support tactics.


in conclusion i only want to get an update.

I am pleased if you can help me.

Parallels doesn't offer updates per se. You just download the full, latest version of Parallels Desktop from the link you mention and install it over an existing installation.

If the key you received is not working, go to "Request Support" in Parallels to get help.

thanks for your answer.

I have already tried "Help"->"Request Support".

There comes the message, that i have to register.
To register you need a valid key.
But i want to contact the support, because of the product register error message "Product activated with invalid Key".
So i cannot register the product to generate a support code to get support.
At the web page i have the same problem.
