Updated Parallels, now Apple bluetooth keyboard doesn't work

I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled parallels tools multiple times. I've tried every conceivable fix suggested for keyboard issues in the knowledgeable articles. I still can't get the keyboard to work in my WinXP guest OS. As you can see in the screen shot, i don't have the right drivers. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well, i gave up and dumped the VM. Then tried updating a backup of it. This time it worked. No idea...
