Updated to Parallels 15 and now can't shutdown Windows 10 VM

I updated to Parallels 15 today and now I can't shut Windows 10 down. Every time I try I get this error:

The virtual machine processor was reset by the operating system.

Anybody have any ideas?

Could you please collect the tech.report after that issue reproduced and post the report's ID here.

Also do you have a backup copy of your VM?
