I updated parallels today, and now when I print with my dtf software i'm getting a shadow around my images, it was working fine up until i updated. It works if I use my laptop but not my mac! Can I remove the update?
That's usually a problem with Parallels sharing. Check to see if printer sharing is turned on in Parallels settings. If it is, try taking the printer out of Windows 10 and adding it back in. That usually fixes the issue with being offline.
