Problems NOT solved
Since reinstalling Parallels Tools (version 7.0.15052), the menu bars as well as the dock on the left side of the screen have disappeared. I get just a desktop with the Parallels Shared Folders on it, as well as vestiges of the menus when I click at the top of the screen. I've tried increasing the video RAM to 256MB, but that made no difference. I'd appreciate any other suggestions.
