Updating question from very old Desktop version

I have Desktop 7, OS 10.8.5 and Windows 7 Home Edition. I want to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro, High Sierra and the latest Desktop for Windows 7 Pro. Which Desktop should I use and what order should I perform these upgrades?

Hello SalinaEd, You need to purchase Parallels Desktop 13 full first, then upgrade your macOS to 10.13 and then install Parallels Desktop 13. Kindly follow the instructions from this link to install Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac.
 
Everything went fine until Widows gets stuck installing Parallels Tools at 15%. I will start a new post about this.
