Updating Windows 10 in Parallels 12 Takes VERY LONG

Hi....

I have Parallels 12 and installed Windows 10 in it.
When I am shutting the Windows, it is telling me that Windows will be updated.
I clicked "Update and Restart", then the process has been going for 30+ minutes and it does not seem to be stopping soon.
What should I do? Should I just forced-shut-down the Parallel Desktop?

Hi @HarryH2 , we would suggest you to wait till the update is complete, once the update is complete your Windows should be up and running without any issues. If the Windows freezes any where in the middle, please reboot your frozen Windows machine by clicking here.
