Upgrade .dmg not opening

I upgraded to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac and the dmg file won't open.
I'm on El Capitan 10.11.5.

Getting an error "ParallelsDesktop-11.2.0-32581.dmg - Reason No such file or directory
 
Hello Javapop,
Could you follow these instructions and see if that helps
1. Remove Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac if it's in Applications folder. Note: Use PDRemove.zip to uninstall Parallels Desktop and the article is also applicable to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
2. Run Repair Disk Permission .
2. Reinstall Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from this link
