I have bought a new License Keys to upgrade my parallels desktop. However, when I entered the new key and the old key. It popped out saying that my old key can't not be found in servers. ( Sorry, I'm using Chinese so I don't know what is the English supposed to show on Eng version )
So, how can I get this upgrade?
