Upgrade form 10 to 12

Hi,
I have just downloaded the upgrade key for Parallels 12 but once I entered my older licence key it will not accept. My previous application was 10 but I only have the key for 9, how do I upgrade?

We checked and found that you have got the refund for the upgrade.
