upgrade from 9 to 11

i just purchased upgrade to 11 but the product key didn't work maybe because my previous version was 9.

and if i have to purchase a full license of Parallels Desktop 11, is that mean i lost my upgrade money? any one can help?

Hi Ameen1,
The upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac is actually supported Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac & Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac.
With the screenshot provided, we can see that you have selected to activate Parallels Desktop for Mac Business edition which can accept only a Business license key.
If you had purchased Parallels Desktop standard edition, please check this link to activate your license.
