Upgrade from paralells desktop 10 possible to 16?

I once had parallels desktop 10 but that is too old now. Can i buy the upgrade version (50 euro) or do i have to buy it completely as a new version? (80 euro)

It also said that i have no active subscriptions, and 2 legacy licenses. What does this mean? Can i still do the upgrade to 16? Or do i have to pay full price?
 
I have the exact same question and also see my legacy license. Only in my case, it is Desktop 11. Can anyone, or Parallels, confirm that the upgrade path is available? Want to avoid having to go through a refund process etc.
 
Hello guys,
To activate Parallels Desktop with an upgrade license, you need two keys: the upgrade key for the version you are installing, and a key for one of previous versions.
