Upgrade from parallels 10 to 13 ?

Can I upgrade my license from parallels 10 to 13 ?
Because normal upgrade is possible only for version 11 and newer..

Hello EmilB, As you received the email personally you can go ahead and purchase the upgrade and activate it directly before the offer expire.
