Hi DustinC2. Upgrade to the latest version is possible only from the previous two versions unless you receive any promotional email with a special link to upgrade from Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac. Else, you need to purchase the full license key for Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac to activate the product.
