Upgrade from version 7?

I currently have version 7 and thought there was no upgrade from 7 to 10 but then I got an ad from Parallels that suggests you can upgrade from 6/7 to 10 through the special bundle. I wanted to try to verify if this was true before making the purchase. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
