Windows 10 requires at least 2 GB of RAM memory and seems that in current Windows 7 virtual machine you have 1 or 1.5 GB assigned at the moment.
So to proceed here, please give more RAM to your machine as described here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113649

i know that' i've already gave 4 gb ram and it didn't help...Hi Sharon,

To be honest this is the unique case then. Assigning more RAM definitely should fix the issue.
Further to your request, please replicate the problem (once error message is presenting on the screen) and generate a problem report (technical data) as per http://kb.parallels.com/9058
Please reply back with problem report 8-digit ID number.
