In preparation for my Mavericks upgrade I started the upgrade to the latest version of Parallels 9 but it hangs with the spinning wheel on forever.
See attached .png screen shot of my problem.
I can stop/start Parallels from the taskbar but it keeps spinning, spinning and spinning.
I waited 60 minutes but nothing is happening, I think it is waiting for a server to download the update, maybe ?
Can anyone help me?
