Upgrade procedure 5.x -> 6.x

Does a written procedure exist for upgrading to ApplicationServer 6? The manual does not mention upgrading at all. Should I stop any services? In what order should I upgrade my servers? Should I upgrade all clients to v6 beforehand? Et cetera.

Upgrading is very simple....

I suggest to:
1) Upgrade the 2X application server (just run the setup).
2) Push the Terminal server Agents.
3) Upgrade your clients.

Thanks If anything fails, how do I roll back to version 5? Uninstall 6 and reinstall 5? Will the settings be retained and forward/backward compatible?
 
Suffice to say that the upgrade process was _not_ simple at all, and I feel lucky that it all went well in the end. There really should be some docs on this, at least describing what steps the upgrade installer is taking. The UI didn't provide any feedback other than "Verifying install..." for several minutes.
