Upgrade to New Mac - old Mac no longer around

I recently purchased a new Mac mini (Apple Silicon), and would like to purchase Parallels Desktop 20 for that. I had a license for P Desktop 19, but that was on the old Mac, which I can no longer access the old software. So my new Mac has no Parallels software on it.
I received an email today with a P Desktop 20 upgrade offer, and I'd like to use that link to purchase the upgrade.
If I purchase the new software, will I be able to install the new version and upgrade from my Version 19 license key? I don't want to purchase an upgrade if I can't make this happen.

Yes, I DO have a key for 19, but it is NOT a subscription license -- it's a one time purchase. Will this impact the transaction or must I do something else? I've owned Parallels since before release 15.

There's nothing else to be done. You can use the link to complete the purchase.

Once you have the upgrade key, you can use the Parallels Desktop 19 key as confirmation key.
