Upgrade to Parallels 11 from 10 & now total black screen

I upgraded to Parallels Pro 11 this morning. Now when it opens, it goes to full black screen. Have to shut computer down. Anyone have any sugesstions?
 
Thanks Chris. How do I get to place to reset Windows Virtual Machine. Is it on the Mac side? or within Parallels. When I open Parallels.. it goes directly to black screen.

Hi, it looks like that you start your VM and Parallels at the same time and also start your VM in full screen mode.
Please try this and let us know if it doesn't not help you:
1. Start Parallels (if it goes black do the following)
2. Move your mouse on the top of the screen and try to find the pop-up Mac menu bar (check this KB for more info)
3. Then you will be able to find the Actions menu
Please let us know the results.
