Upgrade to Parallels 11 leaves Parallels Tools unable to install on Win7

Parallels Tools installer seems to fail at the ~10-20% mark. Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1. Ran great with Parallels 10. I've tried every troubleshooting step I can seem to locate, and my virtual machine is still dead. "There was a problem installing Parallels Tools" is the message I get.

Please help!
