I'm trying to upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac - I have a full licensed version of Parallels Desktop 8 installed on the same machine and have purchased an upgrade license to Parallels Desktop 11. However, when I run the installation and enter the Desktop 11 activation key (which is verified correctly) and the Desktop 8 license key, I keep getting options to either buy a license or start a free trial. Any help would be appreciated since I have already purchased the upgrade.
