Upgraded to Parallels 11.1.3 now windows black screen

I upgraded to Parallels version 11.1.3 last week. Now about every other time or so that I started my VM (Windows 8.1) I get a black screen with nothing but a mouse curser and have to restart. So far the restart fixes the issue but I would like the issue resolved. I have read that it might be the display adapter. Is that possible since it usually restarts and works? Best way to fix it?

Running El Capitan 10.11.3 on a Late model 2013 Macbook Pro Retina.

Dear MelisaN, please start your Windows virtual machine and go to Action->Reset and check how it works. You may also refer to this article to fix Display adapter issue.
