Upgraded to v10 - Can I hide the Control Center

The Parallels Control Center stays open on my desktop. Is there any way to set it so when Parallels launches the hide the Control Center? I don't recall this with v9. Thanks
 
I also would like to hide the Control Center in PD 10 from the Dock. I had to move it all the way to the left so that I don't keep clicking on it.
 
Same here. I don't want to see it either. What a stupid feature. Every time you click back on your virtual environment it's right there. Why would they do that?
