Did an upgrade yesterday and the machine went thru a scan disk which it has never done before. It is now stuck saying "Scanning and repairing Drive (C): 100% Complete and the wheel just turns and turns. It does not seem to want to boot up. I have tried to Stop, no luck. Quit Parallels and restarted but the machine went into the resume mode and continues to spin. How do I get the machine to reboot to get out of this mess?
