Upgrading from Parallels 3 to 6

I'm am looking to upgrade from Parallels 3 to 6 with the hopes of seeing better performance (both from the Mac side and Windows). I am currently using Windows XP Pro in Parallels on a iMac Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06GHz with 4 MB memory, OSX 10.5.8.
Just looking to see what if any problems I may run into. Any suggestions/warnings?

I think you meant 4 GB. That should work fine. I use a 3 GB iMac at work with Windows XP Pro SP 3.
