Then I tried to uninstall Parallels but the installer can't find Parallels! Then I tried to install a fresh Parallels but the installer doesn't work! Parallels is in it's right place (Applications)!
What can I do?

After upgrading Leopard 10.5.0 > 10.5.1 the installer of Parallels 3 suddenly responds. After a successful installation also the licence was on my name and with the right serial number ... a miracle ... and so now everything is running smoothly again ...
