Upgrading to P10 from P9

I am running P9 with the latest version of Yosemite. I purchased and downloaded P10 (as part of a bundle) last November and have decide to go ahead and upgrade. what is the best method to upgrade? I know that there have been a couple of upgrades to P10 since I bought it. Should I go ahead and install then upgrade or download the upgrade then install?

According to our licensing policy, an upgrade to Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac is supported from the following versions only :
  • Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac
  • Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac Upgrade
  • Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac
  • Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac Upgrade
