Upgrading to Pro

I'm a longtime user of Parallels Desktop - currently on version 18 which works fine.
I got an upgrade offer to go to Pro for about $45 per year - I'd like to do since I can't use more than 8gb of RAM on the desktop version (not happy about this limit!)
But is the $45 for just the first year? I don't want to get stuck spending $120 a year for this product in perpetuity.

Hello, Thank you for your post.

The Parallels Desktop Pro Upgrade subscription gives you a lower price for the first year, after that the price goes back to the normal Price of a Parallels Desktop Pro subscription.
