If I upgrade from Version 9 to 10 will I have to reinstall Windows? Will everything remain the same when upgrading?

Make a backup of your virtual machine file just in case, I upgraded and my windows won't work any more.....

Hello Andres,
As I understood, you DO have a copy of the .pvm file right before the upgrade to Parallels Desktop 10?
To answer your question, please give us more information:
1) do you see an error message when you are booting your virtual machine?
2) did you try to boot the virtual machine under Parallels Desktop 9?
3) Please reproduce the issue and post a problem report ID: http://kb.parallels.com/en/9058

I Already made a post about this and apparently i'm not the only one, If I install again the Parallels 9 the windows works but in Parallels 10 the error appears....

2- In Parallels 9 works fine
3- The error when I start the VM send automatically a report to you and with a report number
