Urgent help please

I have a MAC which I purchased with paralells on I brought the package I have done a trial for the updated version and I cannot get back onto my old paralells

what can i do i need this sorting urgently

Hi, you can download Parallels Desktop 11 or 10 from this link

But if you need Parallels 9 or older please use this KB
