URL redirection

I cannot get URL redirection to work. When clicking a URL from within a published application (Outlook 2003) the user is presented with a 'Memshell' error which states 'Client failed to process URL redirection request. Press yes if you want to procees(sic) it on the server'

Clicking yes or no has no effect - the URL is never opened[/img]

Yeah me too. It works when I use URL's and it opens IE on the server - but it's not directing to my client PC.
my default browser is IE (same version as server) 6.

same issue where regardless of 'yes/no' option - he no work.

Please upgrade to version 6.2. URL Redirection was improved and now supports office applications.
 
2x client failed to process url redirection request in 6.2

Getting "client failed to process url redirection request" in 6.2 when redirecting. Server is a Windows 2008 Standard...
 
I'm getting the same error message if I try to open a Link in Outlook 2003. Has anyone solved this problem yet?
Client Version is 7.1

does url redirection on your side works from any other office apps, e.g. MS Word ?
