USB 2.0 memories issue in PD 15. They don't show in "This PC" of Windows 10.

I have installed Win 10 on PD 15. I found an issue with USB 2.0 memories. When I change the USB settings of Win 10 in the PD control center, and disable USB 3.0, I can not connect any USB 3.0 memories to Win 10; it shows nothing. But, If I change the setting and Enable the USB 3.0, then it shows my USB 3.0 flash memories.
The issue persists for USB 2.0 memories during both states with USB 3.0 enabled or Disabled. It shows nothing in Win 10.
