USB Dell Printer

I have a Dell 922 that I would like to use with the XP VM. the problem is that each time I try to attach the printer (using the USB Blue button) I get an error that the usb device is in use and i need to wait.
Of course the wait doesn't solve any problem! Any help
 
Search in these forums for "possible USB fix" and there is a thread that talks about killing some USB based mac processes which helped one guy to get USB going.

Right now USB is tough under Parallels but they claim it will get better (soon!)
