Ever since I upgraded to Parallels version 19.1, I have a problem with USB devices I cannot resolve. When Windows is active and I insert a USB drive, as it should Parallels asks me where to connect it. I choose Windows, and then I can see the it checked in the Parallels Devices menu. So I know Parallels is seeing the USB drive. However, in Windows, it does not appear in File Explorer. In the Windows Device Manager, the drive appears with an error indicator that when opened says "Device Cannot Start (Code 10). This normally indicates a driver problem, however, as far as I can tell, the latest drivers are installed.
If a device is "installed" on the Mac side, the files are visible.
Nothing on my system has changed except for the new version of Parallels.
