Prior version of Parallels didn't have this problem... Now every time I reboot, one (only one) of my USB devices needs to be deleted from the USB list, disconnected from the USB, reconnected, and told to "always connect to the Mac OS". I don't know what it is about this device, but I didn't have this problem with prior version of Parallels.
