USB devices will not get recognises. Parallels 14

Hello. I'm trying to connect my X-Box controller to Parallels but no luck. Seems like Parallels won't recognise any USB devices (OS X recognises everything perfectly).

I tried https://kb.parallels.com/111725 but nothing.
It never asks me what to do and the assignments list is always empty.
Any help?
 
anyone? noone ? seems like it's not recognising any USB devices.

I can't even +,- on the devices list. They are grayed out.
 
Yes, it might be that I'm running a Sandy Bridge CPU ?

The only PD that gives me the option of using my USB devices is 12. But then 12 is not compatible with High Sierra so can't use it.

When I install PD 12 I can see the +,-. When I install a newer version it gets grayed out.
