USB Drivers lost...

So I resumed a Windows 10 VM which I'd been using yesterday.. and on resume I got the message that P13 couldn't find the USB drivers and to reinstall Parallels Tools... which I did... but thought I'd post since this shouldn't have happened.. and I'm uncertain if it'll happen again.

Reinstalling the Parallels Tools works.. but my report was to inform you of the event.

Ever since upgrading to Parallels 13, I'm having this problem EVERY time I start a VM, and it doesn't matter which OS it is (Windows, Linux, etc). Every time I go to pass through a USB device I end up having to reinstall the tools in order to do it.

Is this a known issue?
