USB External Hard Drive

Hi,

I have an external hard drive which was a working windows OS and want to boot it up in Parallels for Mac.
I can't find the option to use that USB drive to boot from without having to create an image or install a new OS to access it.

Anyone know how to get around this?

I have similar problem. When VM starts, I check my external hd, but it doesn't appear in My Computer. I can't figure out how to access it. I want to dedicate this HD to WinXP. I have another HD for Mac OS.
