USB Headsets with Parallels?

Has there been any improvements or breakthroughs for using a USB headset with Parallels? Has anyone had any success with applications like Skype, etc?

This is really important to me, and I can't take the dive to Parallels from Bootcamp until this is working.

Bascially its a hack, but it works. I wish they would fix this in the next rev...
