after searching in many forums, I didn't find the answer on my quest:
I try to get the old game "Quest for fame"(yes the Aerosmith vPick-game!!) to run.
It needs MS-DOS 6.2 and Win 3.11 or Win95A (NOT Win95B) and a LPT-port for the vPick.
After hours of try and error I managed to get Win95A (with SVGA, network and sound...well the last is not the best yet) on Parallels 5 to work.
What I miss is the LPT-port. I bought an USB-LPT-cable, which is in general recognized by MAC OS X. So, I answer the connection-question for MAC OS X.
As Win95A doesn't support USB, I need a hint how to redirect the LPT1 of Win95 to the USB-LPT-cable. Any idea?
Or any other solutions how to get this old game to run under Parallels?
